This Precision USB Penetration Thermistor Probe 130mm is ideal for many temperature measurement applications including liquids, semi-solids and granular materials.

This stainless steel penetration probe is versatile and strong and incorporates a heavy duty, ribbed, polypropylene handle with a white end cap. Combined with a 16-bit analogue to digital converter and a simple USB communication interface to capture real-time temperature data.

Probe is calibrated to provide excellent accuracy and stability, measuring temperature over the range of -40 to 125 °C (0 to 70 °C for the USB stick air probe) with an 0.1 °C resolution. Response time less than two seconds. Each USB probe incorporates a unique serial number, alowing several probes to monitor temperature at the same time via a direct USB connection or a USB hub.

Each USB thermometer probe is supplied with the USB Lite thermometer software which converts your PC into a thermometer, chart recorder or data logger. Compatible with Windows 2000/XP/Vista/7. This software allows the user to monitor temperatures on their PC and log to an Excel spreadsheet for further analysis.

No external source or batteries are required as all power is taken from the USB port.
