To use, simply insert the thermometer into the thickest part of the chicken or turkey ideally between the leg and the breast and then place into the oven.

You will know when your chicken or turkey roast will be ready when the dial reaches the green zone at 85 °C. The Mini Poultry Thermometer incorporates an Ø20 mm dial with a 55mm stainless steel probe.
