It is important to note that electromagnetic wave field strength/power density reduces very fast with distance so it is advised to keep a good distance from the high frequency RF signal source in order to reduce the effects from radiation. Aluminium foil or silver window sun reflector film can be used as an effective and cheap shielding material for most RF radiations.
