The portable lightweight Hand-held Metal Detector offers a low cost solution for detecting metal objects quickly and effectively. The detector has 3 operating functions to alert the user to a possible detection; Audio, Red LED and vibration alert. It has excellent sensitivity for wide scan or an edge for pin-point metal object.
Ideal for security screening, locating metal object inside wood/concrete structures or even locating small metal items lost in the grass or sand.
To use: Switch ON and hold the detector horizontally with the sensor ring toward and sweep over the target. If a metal object is detected, the unit will beep continuously and the Red LED will light up with vibration.
The level of sensitivity is adjustable by tuning the trimmer. Using the small screwdriver, slowly turn in a clockwise direction to increase the sensitivity. Turn anti-clockwise to decrease the sensitivity.
