What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept the following credit cards: VISA, VISA Debit, MasterCard, Switch / Maestro, Solo, Delta and American Express.
For UK orders only we can also accept payment by Cheque or postal order. Payment by bank transfer can be arranged for orders over £250 if required (upon request).
How long will delivery take?
We aim to dispatch all items which are in stock within 24 hours of the order being received (excludes weekends and bank holidays). Most orders that we receive by 3.30pm on a working day will be shipped the same day. Heavy or bulky orders are usually shipped on the following morning when the order has been placed after 11am. When next day delivery is selected we will ship your order by the fastest and most appropriate method for the size and weight of your order in-keeping with the above time constraints.
How much does delivery cost?
The exact charge for delivery of your order depends on both the weight and destination. The shipping charge for your order is calculated in the shopping basket. Please see the table below as guidance on of shipping cost structure:

Can I order by post or fax?
UK customers are welcome to place orders by post or fax. Please download our order form.
My order has not arrived, what shall I do?
Please check your account to see if your order has been dispatched. Where standard delivery was chosen, please allow at least 5 working days before contacting us regarding delivery of your order. Where next day delivery was chosen, please allow 2 working days from time of your order before contacting us. If your order is being sent to an overseas destination, please allow at least 10 working days before contacting us.
Do you accept Purchase Orders?
Some businesses, government bodies and public service providers can place orders by an official purchase order. Please contact us for more information.
How do I make a return?
In the unlikely event that you need to return something to us: Before making any return you must contact us to make arrangements. We will supply you with a returns authorisation number (RAN) that must be supplied with the goods. We are unable to process returns that arrive without prior authorisation.
Do you supply a VAT invoice?
Yes, we supply a VAT invoice with every order shipped.
