Useful for checking oven temperature, this cooking thermometer has a tri-display for temperature, an alarm and a timer.

The tri display can show temperature over the range of 0 to +300°C in addition to the countdown time and the actual time. The audible alarm option, allows you to set your own max reading, so if the temperature goes above this, then the alarm will alert you.

To use this thermometer, insert the high temperature probe (supplied) into the centre an item of food that will be cooked to measure temperature.

Supplied with a detachable probe with a 1m stainless steel braided lead.

Battery included.

Please note: Do not use the thermometer inside the oven and ensure that you clean the probe immediately after each measurement to avoid cross contamination.
