Taking a temperature measurement of a specific item such as food or liquid? Then this digital thermometer is ideal as it features a detachable probe. To use, you simply apply the tip of the stainless steel probe to the item that you wish to measure.

The digital thermometer has an easy to read display and measures temperature over the range of -50 to 150°C/ -58 to +302°F. There are 4 buttons featured on the front of the unit:

- °C and °F display
- Max/Min
- On/Off
- Hold

At the back of this thermometer there is a useful fold-away worktop stand and a magnetic pad for attaching the thermometer to an appliance.

Supplied with a detachable, pointed, penetration probe (Ø3.3 x 120mm) with a one metre PVC connecting lead and probe cover.
